January 21, 2009 Nina & Derek :: Wedding
Nina and Derek's wedding was my first one of the year.  Their wedding included a tea ceremony and a traditional ceremony at the Hilton in San Gabriel.  The day was filled with events from the top of the morning till late into the night.  Thank you guys for making me a part of your beautiful celebration.  Did I mention that Nina's mom gave a red lucky envelope to start out the new year.  Sweet!  I also like to thank the very sweet and talented Natalie Williams for coming out to shoot with me and Carrie/crew from Exquisite for the beautiful designs and coordination.

Derek started the day by bringing some gifts and red envelopes to Nina's place.

Then Derek and the groomsmen had to do whatever it takes to prove his love and devotion for Nina before they can enter the house.

Gorgeous wedding Jason!

I had the pleasure of documenting Mary and Phi wedding in at the Pacific Hills Banquet Hall in Laguna Hills.  Being at this venue brought back some fond memories for me because it was a little bit more than a year ago, Phi's sister also got married here and I was her photographer.  Mary and Phi are a couple of gentle and sweetest people that I have ever had the opportunity to be around.  But most importantly,  their personality is so much fun and spontaneous which make them a photographer's dream.  Everything went smoothly thanks to Rose and her team at Pacific Hills Banquet Hall for the beautiful details and for their coordination.

November 12, 2008 Michelle & Sina :: Los Angeles
Michelle and Sina celebrated their fabulous wedding at Los Angeles downtown's historic Cicada restaurant.  With it's stunningly beautiful Art Deco interior,  the Cicada restaurant was the perfect backdrop for such awesome event.  Somehow I knew this day was going to turn out beautifully.  And I was right.  Thank you guys for trusting me with one of the most important days of your lives.  I would also like to thank Tuan Nguyen for coming out to help me cover this event. By the way, this is my longest teaser...a whopping 48 images.  Hope you guys will enjoy it.  We started out at The Oviatt Penthouse which was equally spectacular.

Vendor List:
Dress & Suit - Sally Crew Couture & Hugo Boss
Shoes - Martinez Valero
Hair - Etude Lounge

Music/Lighting - Sound Nation LA

Upon returning from our honeymoon, it was such a pleasure to recapture our wedding day through the images you've so eloquently described without a word. Like reading a wonderful story only seen in your mind's imagination, I read the pictures that tell the story of two individuals sharing a gift with their friends, family and each other. We can't wait to see the rest of the set and cherish the memories. Thank you Jason for being our memory catcher.

Alice and Brandon are among the most gentle and loving individuals that I've ever had the privilege to be around.  Their families are also warm and genuine.  Although this wedding was considered one of my shorter weddings (6 hours),  it was cramped full with so many emotional moments.  One of the highlights of the day was a toast video from family and friends that was put together by Andrew, Alice's older brother, who also happens to be a fellow wedding and portrait photographer.  Thank you guys for making me feel so human when I am around you and for showing me a new appreciation for what I do.  I also like to thank Mr. James Lim for coming out and shoot with me.  Your contribution is invaluable.
